Maldon Saints YFC – 100 Club Rules

1 - Subscription is for the season September 2011 to June 2012

2 - Subscriptions are £10.00 per season per number and are due by the 15th September 2011

3 - One individual can have up to a maximum of 5 subscriptions at the same time.

4 – Participation is open to any member of the club aged 18 and over or to any member of the club’s family and friends aged 18 and over.

5 - Draws will normally be held on a monthly basis (September through to June) and will be witnessed by two members of the MSYFC Committee. The draw will normally take place during the monthly MSYFC Committee Meeting held at the Clubhouse.

6 - Monthly prize money will be:

September to May    

1st Prize                       £20
2nd Prize                     £10

June                            

1st Prize                       £100
2nd Prize                       £50

or as otherwise agreed by the Committee.

7 – The names of the prize winners will be displayed on the notice board at the Clubhouse and on the club website www.maldonsaintsyfc.com

8  - The first draw will not be made until sufficient members have signed up to cover the required prize fund. In the event of the 100 club not attracting sufficient members all subscriptions will be refunded.

9  - Subscriptions (other than stated above) are not normally refundable, except in exceptional circumstances as agreed by the Committee.

10 - These rules may from time to time be amended as agreed by the Committee.

11 - Proceeds from the 100 Club will be donated to Maldon Saints YFC.
